Training with Resistance Bands for the Ultimate Body

best I've come across for how to use resistance bands CORRECTLY
I train in MMA, and have been looking for a good video to explain the right way to use resistance bands. If you are looking for an aerobics-class style video, you will not like this. This video is for people who are serious about learning the proper way to use resistance bands to prevent injury and get the maximum benefits from your workout.
The amount of detail that goes into explaining each exercise is awesome. When you look at resistance bands, you think its easy to figure out how to use them in a workout. Wrong! Its the small details in the exercise that make all the difference. I never knew how badly I was screwing up my workouts until I watched this video. After learning how to do the exercises the correct way, I started noticing my speed and strength improving, not to mention how ripped I was getting. I just wish this guy had more videos out there, no one else takes the time to explain WHY you should do things a certain way. Highly recommended.

Know what you're purchasing
Not what I was expecting. If you're expecting the usual workout video where the instructor runs you through the entire workout from beginning to end, this is not for you. The instructor here, explains each exercise individually with great detail. It is up to the viewer to create their own workout.

wow. so much information.
I learned more watching this than in weeks at my gym. This is NOT A CLASS STYLE workout video, so don't buy if thats what you are looking for. This is a teaching video on how to do punches with resistance bands, the right and wrong way to do them, etc. I've done the classes my gym offers, and they don't use resistance bands properly. After watching this, I learned so so much. Its weird how using these things looks so easy, but unless you do it the right way you are wasting your time. After I started following the way the guy shows you, I noticed my workouts were more intense, I felt more soreness the next day, and I understand now not to cheat by leaning forward! If he comes out with more stuff I'm definetly getting it. Hes a good teacher.
